Getting Started
Set up your HVAC AI OS account, configure your phone number, and run your first AI call.
What is HVAC AI OS?
HVAC AI OS is an AI-powered SaaS platform for HVAC service businesses. It answers inbound phone calls with a natural-language voice agent, creates jobs from conversations, dispatches technicians, and provides a full operations dashboard.
Each company gets an isolated tenant workspace with its own customers, jobs, knowledge base, and billing.
Account setup
- Visit the registration page and create your account with email and password.
- Provide your company name during signup — this creates your tenant workspace.
- Save your API key if shown once during registration (needed for integrations).
- Complete the onboarding wizard to configure your business.
Create tenant / company
Your tenant is created automatically when you register. The tenant name matches your company name and all data (customers, jobs, calls, knowledge documents) is scoped to your tenant.
Configure phone number
- During onboarding, choose "Bring your number" to connect an existing Twilio number.
- Or choose "Auto-provision" to request a new number for your area code.
- Set your business greeting and operating hours in the onboarding wizard.
Invite team (coming soon)
Team invite and role management is planned for a future release. Today, your account owner has full access to the dashboard. Check the Team page in your admin dashboard for updates.
First call test
- After onboarding, call your configured business phone number.
- The AI agent will greet callers using your custom greeting.
- Check the Calls page in your dashboard to see the call appear in real time.
- Review the transcript and verify a job was created if applicable.
Dashboard overview
Your dashboard shows live calls, daily stats, open jobs, and customer count. Use the sidebar to navigate to Technicians, Knowledge Base, Billing, Channels, and System Health.
