Terms of Service

Terms governing use of the HVAC AI OS platform.

Last updated: June 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HVAC AI OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the service, including account owners and authorized team members.

SaaS usage

HVAC AI OS is provided as a software-as-a-service platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations during an active subscription period.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, phone number configuration, and knowledge base content you provide. You must ensure your use complies with applicable telecommunications and consumer protection laws.

AI assistant limitations

The AI voice agent is designed to assist with call handling, booking, and dispatch workflows. It may not always provide perfect responses. You remain responsible for overseeing operations, verifying job details, and handling situations that require human judgment. The AI does not replace licensed professional advice or emergency services obligations.

Billing and subscription

Paid plans, usage metering, wallet top-ups, and subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan and usage. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Usage limits and overage policies are described in your tenant dashboard and plan documentation.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to transmit spam, to harass individuals, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to access other tenants' data. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without written permission.

Availability and integrations

The platform depends on third-party services including telephony, voice infrastructure, AI providers, and databases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect service. Integration setup (Twilio, LiveKit, etc.) is your responsibility within our documented configuration guides.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC AI OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost revenue from missed calls, dispatch errors, or AI response inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
